Thermal food jar how-to-cook steps

1. Preheat the food jar with boiling water for 5-10 minutes, so that the hot air is filled inside it;

2. Wash the ingredients then put into food jar with boiling water about 9/10 full;

3. Filter out the boiling water (this step can be skipped depending on the ingredients);

4. Pour in boiling water again (above 95 °C) and about 9/10 full, then tighten the lid;

5. Put it aside and wait for 1-4 hours (depending on the ingredients & your preference) ;
